Every session is well-organised and tailored to my progress. She is incredibly intuitive, knowing exactly when to challenge me with more weight or reps and when to focus on perfecting my form. As a female client, the value of having a female trainer cannot be overstated. She understands the unique aspects of my body and mindset, making communication easy and our sessions highly effective.

Under her guidance, I've built a solid foundation of training knowledge and a newfound connection to my body. My focus has shifted from worrying about my shape to feeling proud of my strength and what I've accomplished. I feel stronger, more capable, and infinitely more empowered. This confidence and strength have positively impacted other areas of my life as well.

I’m Rach Louise BB — PT and Executive Alignment & Performance Coach for women.

 

My perspective was forged by a lifetime of perfectionism, a rollercoaster recovery from anorexia, and a relentless curiosity about people, their pain, and how they overcome it.

I have spent my life striving for peak performance, competing across the globe in multiple disciplines, and believe that it’s time to take that expertise from the stage to where it will truly make a difference.

 

My mission, through optimising your wellbeing, is to ensure that YOU succeed.

In the UK, only about 4 in 10 new businesses are still trading after five years — my work is about helping you become one of them.
